Our new material decoration wall panel production line is a highly automated and intelligent manufacturing system dedicated to the mass production of high-quality decorative materials, covering a full range of core products including WPC Wall Panel, PS Wall Panel, UV Board, PU Stone Wall Panel, Flexible Ceramic Wall Panel, SPC Flooring, and Sound-Absorbing Panel. The production line integrates advanced technologies such as precision extrusion, automatic molding, intelligent surface treatment and strict quality inspection, ensuring stable product performance and consistent quality.

The production process starts with raw material pretreatment: high-purity polymers, natural fibers, inorganic fillers and other eco-friendly raw materials are accurately proportioned and mixed uniformly through an intelligent batching system, laying a solid foundation for product durability and environmental performance. For WPC Wall Panel and SPC Flooring, the mixed materials are extruded into blanks by high-temperature twin-screw extruders, then undergo precision calibration and cooling shaping; for PS Wall Panel and UV Board, the production line adopts advanced vacuum forming technology and automatic UV curing process, which makes the product surface smooth, wear-resistant and anti-yellowing.

Targeting the special performance requirements of PU Stone Wall Panel, Flexible Ceramic Wall Panel and Sound-Absorbing Panel, the production line is equipped with customized molding equipment and functional processing modules. For example, the PU Stone Wall Panel production process integrates high-pressure foaming and precision engraving technologies to replicate the natural stone texture vividly; the Flexible Ceramic Wall Panel production line adopts low-temperature calcination and flexible modification technology, ensuring the product has excellent flexibility and impact resistance; the Sound-Absorbing Panel production line is equipped with special porous structure processing equipment to enhance the sound absorption and noise reduction performance.

The entire production line is equipped with an intelligent quality monitoring system, which conducts real-time detection of product thickness, density, surface flatness and other key indicators. Unqualified products are automatically sorted and removed to ensure that every batch of products meets international quality standards. In addition, the production line adopts energy-saving and environmental protection design, equipped with waste gas and waste residue treatment equipment, realizing green and low-carbon production.
